Our meal plans are tools designed for structure, clarity, and ease to guide your intuitive eating journey- at a time when there's seemingly more confusion than ever about what we 'should' and 'shouldn't' be eating.
Whether you're training with purpose, traveling often, or simply need clear direction, your plan will include nourishing, goal-aligned meals that are practical and supportive—without being restrictive.
I founded Well Roots to offer a more grounded, holistic path to nutrition—one that honors both the science and soul of nourishment. The Well Roots approach blends clinical expertise with a deep respect for the body’s inner wisdom and nature’s rhythms.
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition and a Bachelor’s in Health Promotion. My professional background includes years of experience as a registered dietitian, in a hospital and outpatient settings as well as volunteering nutrition services in the community. Through this work, I began to see how deeply people craved not just better nutrition—but a more rooted, balanced way of living. That insight planted the seed for Well Roots, and now allows me to walk alongside clients through recovery, healing, performance, or just regular days, helping them rebuild their relationship with food and body with care and clarity.
